On opening our customerservice@durwinrice.com email today, it seemed there was an inquiry from Lori about one of our wood purses. But instead, the world wide web only delivered us a blank screen and not even a return email address!So, since 'tis the season and we know that this post will appear at the top of our Home Page....we just thought we'd give it a try and say hey, Lori...what is it you wanted to know?
