Mod Podge isn't the best adhesive to use under glass. You'll get better results with a white craft glue like Elmer's. Remove only the pockets/bubbles of air. If you achieve an even layer of glue between the paper artwork and the glass (without air bubbles), it will dry clear. However, if you remove too much glue, it will dry with streaks or shiny spots.
Hope this helps!

very beautiful!
I don't see where I can ask a question so hopefully this forum will do. I bought and read your book from cover to cover before getting started on my project. It was a glass frame of some scrapbook paper and basketball paper cutouts and a copy of a photo. I used mod podge instead of elmers and i used it liberally. My project looks like paper glued to glass...what could possibly have happened?
I like browsing your website for the reason that you can always bring us new and cool things, I think that I must at least say thanks for your hard work.
