The comedown after a long holiday weekend is always rough. Going back to work is hard enough for us laypeople, so the struggle is probably that much more real for the attendees of Taylor Swift’s over-the-top “Taymerica” July Fourth bash in Rhode Island. Reality is probably setting in the hardest for Tom Hiddleston, for whom the Fourth of July festivities represented the culmination of a romantic tour de force heretofore seen only on The Bachelor. He and alleged new paramour Swift (although some are skeptical about this pairing) have thus far taken their new romance on a whirlwind tour around the world, but now it’s time for Hiddleston to return to work. He's needed in Australia on the set of Thor: Ragnarok—and this might mean the honeymoon phase of his new relationship with Taylor Swift is over.

If there's one thing we've learned thus far from the official Hiddleswift Summer 2016 Tour, which has seen the couple in Rhode Island, Nashville, England, and Rome, however, it’s that the couple that travels together, stays together. Shortly after Taymerica concluded, the duo was spotted catching a flight out of LAX. Their destination: Australia. Swift and Hiddleston wore color-coordinated outfits as they jetted off Down Under. Is she joining Hiddleston on the set of Thor? Will she look on from video village as he films scenes in his Loki costume? The couple hasn’t shared any of their travel plans up until this point, so they might just do some sightseeing before Swift sends her new beau off to work, hoping absence makes the heart grow fonder.

Swift’s job is fairly mobile, though. She can write songs from anywhere in the world and consult with producers over Skype or FaceTime. There are most likely recording studios where she can set up shop in Australia, so she could be relocating her workspace to the Gold Coast for the next few months while Hiddleston is filming. It’s the perfect place to clear her head and work on a response to ex Calvin Harris’s alleged breakup song that’s dropping this Friday. It’s also a great place to keep the honeymoon phase alive.
