Suffolk County police reported the following arrests.
Kings ParkJoseph Vitolo, 33, of Kings Park was charged with possession of a hypodermic needle and grand larceny. Police said Vitolo removed two televisions from a home in Kings Park.
Anthony Allen, 25, of Kings Park was charged with criminal possession of marijuana. Police said Allen was in the passenger seat of a 2006 BMW on March 22 at 2 p.m. at the Bluff in Kings Park when he was found to be in possession of marijuana.
Catherine Pierpoint, 29, of Kings Park, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said that Pierpoint criminally possessed prescription drugs on March 20 at 11:15 a.m. on Walnut Street in Kings Park.

Three VillageCharles Biener, 42, of East Setauket, was arrested by U.S. Marshals last week in New York in connection with an Oct. 24 incident in which he allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old in Hanover, Pennsylvania, according to the York Daily Record. Biener, who is charged with indecent assault, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor, will be extradicted to Pennsylvania to face the charges.
Robert Wunderlich, 23, of Stony Brook, and James Aigotti, 22, of Lake Grove, were arrested March 23 in Setauket. Both were charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree possession of marijuana. According to police reports, Wunderlich and Aigotti had suboxone and marijuana in their vehicle when they were stopped by police at the corner of Route 25A and Gnarled Hollow Road.

CommackArthur Peragine, 33, of East Northport was arrested March 28 and charged with petit larceny. Police said Peragine stole various clothing from on Veterans Memorial Highway without paying for it. Peragine was also arrested March 29 and charged with petty larceny. He was arrested on the corner of Jericho Turnpike and Townline Road. Police said he stole protein bars and other food items from a nearby
Belinda Brooks, 24, of Bayshore, was arrested March 29 for petty larceny. Police said Brooks took various items from without paying for them.

HauppaugeLauren Carroll, 21, of Ronkonkoma was charged with resisting arrest. Police said Carroll harassed, pushed an officer and resisted arrest at an apartment in Ronkonkoma.
William Pakula, 27, of Hauppauge was charged with three counts possession of a controlled substance. Police said Pakula was in possession of controlled substance on West Fulton Street in Brentwood on March 27.
Nicholas Stokes, 21, of Hauppauge, was charged with criminal contempt. Police said Stokes stole a donation from in Hauppauge.
Jorge Pebe, 61, of Hauppauge, was charged with driving while ability impaired. Police said Pebe was driving a 1998 Nissan under the influence of alcohol when he was involved in a crash on Old Nicolls Road in Hauppauge.
